Making it is the most amazing feeling ever which I haven't felt even when I make real Indian food. Strange no? Maybe it's the creamy texture and the beautiful aroma. I even have an Indianized version where I add cumin seeds, finely minced green chili and a little garlic powder.<br /><br />It's such a shame that my husband hates all baked dishes.
